Conclusion of the Contract

Unless otherwise agreed, our offers are non-binding and subject to change.
By executing an order transaction, you are submitting a binding offer. Upon receipt of your order, we will confirm your order with a confirmation email. A sales contract is concluded once you receive an order confirmation from us.

     

Payment Policy

Online orders less than $2,000 can be paid for by credit card, in U.S. currency.  You may pay for your online order with Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, or PayPal.  All other orders must be paid for in advance with a wire transfer. The payment must be received prior to shipment.

• Sorry, no COD orders are accepted.
• Prices are subject to change without notice.
• Shipping charges are automatically calculated.
• All duties, custom fees and any other fees are the responsibility of the customer.
• The delivered goods remain our property until we have received full payment.

Shipping Policy

Alllinki offers same-day shipping for in-stock products ordered via credit card/PayPal before 3 p.m. Pacific Time. Our huge inventory assures you the most timely delivery possible!

Upon checking out, shipping charges are automatically calculated.

• Shipping cost includes insurance.
• Receive free standard shipping for all orders over $199.  Your order will ship via post service. Offer is valid only for retail orders submitted online, not valid for dealer. Express delivery costs extra. Offer excludes heavy or dimensional products. 
  
• The total charge for your order covers the cost of the products and shipping only. You are responsible for all import and other charges your country may require, such as but not limited to taxes, tariffs, duties, etc.
• Certain heavy or bulky products may incur extra dimensional weight charges that are not automatically calculated by the shipping calculator. If your order contains products that meet this criteria, Allinki will contact you prior to shipping to get your approval for any additional shipping charges.

Drop-Shipping Policy

For distributors and resellers of our products we are offering to deliver the order directly to the end customer via drop shipping. If a customer in this case makes use of his revocation and return rights, such as under distance selling regulations, the end customer has the option to return the goods directly to us. The cost for the return has to be covered or reimbursed by the contractual partner of the end customer, that is the distributor or reseller, plus a processing fee as stated on the current price list.
The distributor and reseller is also obligated to pay a reasonable compensation for the returned goods, which we estimate at a flat rate of 20% of the product price.
The distributor and reseller is entitled to prove lower depreciation. We reserve the right to claim higher depreciation, if it is appropriate given the condition of the returned merchandise.

 

Return Policy

To return a product, simply email us at info@allinki.com to obtain the required RA (Return Authorization) number.  Instructions will be emailed to you on how to return your item(s) to us.

Merchandise returned within 30 days of purchase with the appropriate RA number will receive a full product cost refund or credit, provided it is in perfect un-used condition in original undamaged and unmarked packaging, and is complete with all instructions and warranty card. Items not returned in this condition are subject to a 30% restocking fee.

Defective products will be replaced or repaired according to the manufacturer’s warranty policy. Please contact us at info@allinki.com if you have any questions.

Shipping costs are not refundable, but Allinki will pay the ground freight to ship your exchanges or replacements of defective merchandise. Upgraded air shipping is available at customer expense.

Products not eligible for returns:

• Books, Plans and Software are not returnable due to copyright laws.
• Wire products are not returnable.
• CLEARANCE:All sales on Clearance, Blowout, Surplus and Discontinued Products items are final, and are not returnable.
• OPEN BOX:Open box products are returned uninstalled products; the box has been opened, but product is still in like-new condition. All sales on Open Box products items are final, and are not returnable. All manufacturer warranties are still valid.
